High-end audio brand Estelon (from Tallinn, Estonia) tracks back many decades when a young boy obsessed with music, growing up in the Soviet era, where resources were limited, began taking apart radios to rebuild and improve the sound quality. He always sought perfection and knew how to overcome challenges. Alfred Vassilkov took his interest to university, studying electro-acoustics in St Petersburg.

This resulted into engineer Alfred Vassilkov starting a journey to create the world’s best loudspeaker. He designed speakers for other companies for over 25 years and spent many years researching opportunities to achieve his ambition.
He knew what the concept would be and decided in 2010 to do it on his own with two important assets: his daughters Alissa and Kristiina.

Alfred developed technologies and materials with which to construct unique and innovative products. These were combined with inspiration from nature – particularly from the lush and expansive forest landscapes of Estonia – to create the perfect balance between engineering and design. The result is that Estelon became one of the world’s most luxurious speaker brands. It derives aesthetic (Red Dot Design Award) and acoustic excellence through the merger of ingenious creativity and cutting-edge science. Each decision – from engineering techniques to materials and components used in the manufacturing process – is to produce loudspeakers with truly rich natural sound – creating a musical experience you never heard before.

Rhapsody over ESTELON
