Mark Levinson is perhaps the most renowned name in the world of high-end audio. In the 1970s and 1980s, he made history with revolutionary and super-musical products that rose far above the rest.
Another brand from that era was Audio Research. For Harry these brands were an absolute musical wet dream.
However, many big names that have been on the market for a long time have had highs and lows. But Levinson has managed to regain its luster by now coming out with a series of products that make them live up to their fame all over again. They come from the genius Todd Eichenbaum.
Todd has developed many top-notch designs for PassLab and Krell. For Mark Levinson, he first studied the history of Mark's designs and Tom Colangello. Tom was the lead designer at the famous Mark Levinson.
When Harry and Michael had connected the set with these great products and heard them play, they looked at each other with a look of understanding: Mark Levinson is back to stay!
Also with DAC on board, but still with their superior patented discrete pure path technology of the past. So staying true to the legacy of uncompromising sound, with musical purity as the guiding principle.
