Rhapsody presents the new Sonus Faber Il Cremonese with the Mola-Mola Makua and Kaluga front and power amplifiers.
The name of this new Sonus Faber is not only a homage to Stradivari's most famous violin called Il Cremonese, but also the celebration that it is 300 years old. Needless to say, this latest marvel from Sonus Faber is a jewel and a rightful homage to Stradivari. Technological marvels combined with a beautiful design what we have come to expect from Sonus Faber. Il Cremonese is an absolute musical highlight of this beautiful brand, and we are the exclusive dealer of this speaker in the Netherlands.
On Saturday, Feb. 20, we will combine the Il Cremonese with the new Mola-Mola pre and power amplifiers designed by Bruno Putzeys. Bruno's preamplifier, the Makua, is an extremely transparent open sounding preamplifier and has the option for a built-in DAC and a phono stage. We let you hear the built-in DAC with the Aurender W20 and the phonostage with Dr. Feickert's turntable combination with Ikeda arm and Shelter element. For vinyl lovers, the phonostage has every EQ setting there is. The Kaluga mono power amplifiers are the best what is available on Class D technology. We at Rhapsody are very surprised at the musical quality of these amplifiers. A day full of music and coffee!
