ESTELON Extreme MK II - speakers
Exclusive to Rhapsody and unique in the Netherlands.
To take the listening experience to an even higher level, Estelon comes with the revolutionary Extreme MK II speaker. A unique speaker in which the audio focus positioning left/right and bottom/upper is adjustable according to room acoustics and personal preference. This guarantees an audio experience for which no superlative is imaginable.
With its elegant, handcrafted cabinet and impressive two-tone finish, the speaker system is a statement piece that doesn't need to beat itself up about its performance. In fact, the Extreme is designed with an innovative disappearing trick: instead of your ear being drawn to the speaker, as a listener you are immersed in sound and experience music completely from the inside out, in all its beautiful nuances. THORENS New Reference – turntable
The purest analog reproduction is achieved with the New Reference turntable from Thorens. The design team, under the inspired leadership of Helmut Thiele, has risen to the challenge of surpassing itself. Helmut Thiele (recently visiting us) is also the designer of the exceptional Thiele turntable.
This Thorens New Reference marks the first time a turntable has been designed with fully optimized active vibration isolation in mind. In cooperation with the German Seismion (internationally known for their expertise in active vibration isolation) has developed a rotary table in which the vibration isolation system is an integral part. Seismion has been able to create vibration isolation never before seen or experienced in turntables.
Active vibration isolation is based on piezoelectric sensors with exceptionally high sensitivity and a fully linear electronic control circuit to generate unparalleled low vibration levels and distortion-free control forces. This advanced mechatronic system is based on so-called Sky-Hook-Damping and isolates interfering factors already below 1 Hz and reduces them to less than 1% (-40 dB) at frequencies of 10 Hz and higher. This is an absolutely superior performance compared to all other systems.
There is so much more to say but the proof of the pudding is in the listening. First impressions are downright impressive and taste for more..., much more...!
HSE SWISS ML-7 & RL-7 – phone placements
In addition to the amazing 10 series from CH Precision, we have discovered another unique product from Switzerland that takes us to another dimension of analog playback.
We present the two phono amplifiers from HSE Swiss. The small Referenceline 7 and the larger Masterline 7. During our shows, the ML-7, in combination with the Thorens New Reference turntable will steal our analog hearts and be a delight to our picky ears. You can be sure of that.
The technical specifications do not lie with an incredible signal-to-noise ratio of -144 db and customizable setting for each element.
The THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) cannot be measured. So the signal comes out of the source virgin, so to speak. Michael is completely in love with it, and for Harry it is such an ultimate pleasure to play the vinyl gems from his collection during these shows.
CH PRECISION C10 DAC – digital-to-analog converter
The designers of Swiss CH Precision continue to amaze and overwhelm the world of high-end audio with their technological innovations.
