RHAPSODY introduces:
Rhapsody Analog Recordings or RAC for short. A record label that records analog only. It is a collaboration of Michael van Polen, Frans de Rond and Harry van Dalen based on their shared passion for sound, tone and music.
October 20 and 21, we launch this label with the release of the first two albums*, appearing as record and tape. They are live-to-two-track-recordings which captures the moment when music is made directly and purely.
We would like to share with you this introduction. You are most welcome on the Borneolaan in Hilversum. Our building will be buzzing with all kinds of analog stuff. And a special high-end installation that will do perfect justice to that beautiful and honest analog sound.
Qua High-End we have special equipment on display this weekend, including the premiere integrated amplifier Soulution 330 (This one will cost approximately €18,000).
In addition, we introduce the Zellaton Legacy loudspeakers from Germany.
To top it off, we have the most advanced tube amplifier on display. This Alieno Delivers 250 watts of Class A over 300 B tube without an output transformer. A revolutionary design in its own right.
And we have the Sennheiser H1 at home. The best headphone ever.
Of course, we have more surprises in store. It will be two special Rhapsody days full of audiophile musical fun. Be welcome!
